We are very excited to tell everyone that we currently have 11 locations open – 10 in Georgia and one in Nashville, TN. Plans are also in the works for new franchised restaurants to be located in Roanoke, VA, Mobile, AL and Mt Juliet, TN. From Roswell, GA to Nashville, TN to the Toco Hills community inside Atlanta, the communities that we have expanded into this past year have been incredibly warm and inviting, and we are excited about our long-term commitments to those areas.
As we grow and improve upon our processes and our brand, Mirko has made the decision to go to a “Year Round” menu, running specials from time to time that will bring some of those more “seasonal” items to the table as additional choices. When Mirko Pasta started a few years ago, Mirko was very passionate about changing the menus with the seasons – that approach continues to be advantageous to some degree, but our customers spoke up and said that there were sauces or special dishes that they wanted available to them each time they dine with us. So, we listened. Makes sense, right? As Mirko says, “the customer is ALWAYS right”.
We are proud to continue our tradition of preparing practically every item in-house, while serving bread baked fresh daily, pasta cut and prepared to order, amazing salads, and the most flavor packed and perfectly seasoned sauces and specialty items around. In addition, we have our own tiramisu that’s made each day along with fresh crepes, cannolis and other decadent desserts! And, last but not least, our extensive beer and wine menu that Mirko hand-picked himself.
Of course, none of this would be possible without YOU! We need you. We couldn’t continue to operate the stores we have without you, and we certainly could never imagine expanding even further without your encouragement and support! Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
