"Get the wrap" on Ravioli...

What comes to mind when you think of a wrap? A lot of the chain restaurants offer different “wraps” filled with veggies or chicken…How did it come to be that the food industry started using that term, “the wrap”? Do you ever think of how a mother carefully wraps her baby before taking her out? When you “wrap the present” for someone special, do you take extra care that it looks just right? Or, can you imagine picking up your sleeping child, and she “wraps her arms around your neck”?
At Mirko Pasta, our culinary missionaries have taken that extra care with our “wrap”, also known as “the ravioli”. Made fresh daily, our ravioli graces some of the most delicious dishes on our menu. The savory stuffed pasta, gently and carefully prepared daily, comes alive in your mouth. Whether the ravioli is stuffed with cheese and spinach, or apple and sausage, or many other delightful ingredients, Mirko has taken the flavors to a whole new level. We do believe that our ravioli is the best around.
