Mirko Welcomes the Weeks Brothers!

This last Spring, entrepreneur David Weeks, already the owner of 3 successful Barberitos franchises in Athens, approached his brother Mark about purchasing and helping run the Watkinsville and East Athens Mirko Pasta locations. In a snap, the Weeks brothers became Mirko Pasta’s first franchisees. When asked why he wanted to be involved in the Mirko Pasta franchise, David said it was about “the quality and freshness of the food. Having everything made in house, we control the quality. In the restaurant business, food quality is the most important thing we do. I was also attracted to the commitment to customer service.” As for the principals at Mirko Pasta Franchising, we couldn’t think of a better match for our first franchise than the Weeks family.
David is also hoping to increase his catering business this holiday season. So, with the holidays right around the corner, keep Mirko Pasta in mind! The Eastside location can also host large parties.
