New Choices on the Menu!!!.

To all of you that are familiar with Mirko Pasta, you know that we change our menu four times each year…Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter…Well, we have just switched to our Winter menu, and you are going to love the new choices. When Mirko DiGiacomantonio started Mirko Pasta a few years back, he said he wanted to make sure he ALWAYS used the freshest ingredients, and those that fit well with the weather…For example, in the cold months, there are more hardy choices on the menu than there are in the warm months. He also NEVER wanted his customers to get bored, so what do Italians do best but spice it up a little!! The “Polpette di Carne al Suga di Pomedoro e Funghi” (Meatballs, mushrooms, red pepper and tomato sauce over tagliatelle) will tickle your tastebuds. You’ll get it served hot over a delicious mound of Tagliatelle (long, flat ribbons of pasta – made fresh that day!)
