New Locations Coming Soon!!!!

As announced last summer, Mirko Pasta began franchising it’s restaurant, and immediately the interest came flooding in. The two open locations in Watkinsville and East Athens are owned and operated by David Weeks and his extended family that includes his brother Mark, father David Sr., and good friend Mike Thornton. The Weeks crew have firmed up the final plans for the Baxter Street, Athens locations – that’s a spot that many of our customers have been asking about for some time. It’s finally going to happen, and the opening is expected in just a few short months.

We are also delighted to announce that we have spread our wings outside the Athens-Clarke/Oconee County area, and have partnered with some really great folks to open the following locations:

- Monroe, GA (Owners Steve Dailey and Nathan Karstedt)
- Buford, GA (Owners Thomas and Jessica Adams, Court Futrell)
- Macon, GA (Owners TJ Heath and Jim Goolsby)
- Peachtree City, GA (Owners Chad Keller, Joey Hart and John Harrison)
